Mango Refresher

dsc_0604A healthy, much-needed treat after a 9-mile run in the Florida sunshine!

Ingredients:

  • 1 mango, seed and skin removed
  • 1/2 banana
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup water (I bet milk would be an awesome substitution here too)
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

It’s mango season here, but there are so many wonderful fruits coming into season all over the place, so feel free to substitute with your local favorite!dsc_0610
