New herbs for our balcony garden!
Last week, we finally got our hands on a culantro plant from one of the vendors at the Fruit and Spice Park – It smells and tastes very similar to cilantro, but is better adapted to grow in subtropical environments.
Mmm – Cooking with home-grown herbs is such a simple pleasure, but their freshness makes all the difference.
